NLC safe now?

| Is it safe to go to NLC? I've been hearing some rumors about people getting auto banned there for walking around and I really want to level my DB to 55 by Wind Raiders. So is it safe to go there now? Also could I get a prick check on a 16 att 1 slot left to be hammered work glove and a 80 att 8 luk diamond dagger hammered. Thanks a lot! EDIT: Sorry about the fact theres no ? in the title. I went to hit shift but instead hit enter and it submitted. =( |
