The Dual Blade Masks?

i hit lvl 40 and i didnt get a mask and yes i did complete the quest but it didnt give me one ...the girl even said "enjoy ur new dualblade equipment~" so does anyone kno y and if not then what r the stats on it?

you dont get one at 40, you get it at 50. this is becauase you started your db at lvl 30.

So regardless of what lvl you started your DB, there is no mask obtained at lvl 40.

Being the fail coders they are, the idiots at Nexon coded the quest at every 10 levels, but you only get the masks at 20, 30, 55, 70, and 100.
