Did I loot duped items?

Okay so I was in Ludi with my DB. I stumble upon this guy who dropped about 700 MP&HP potions. Thing is he kept dropping them in sets of 10s. I wondered why wont he just drop them in 100s. He wasnt dropping to attract people because no one was there except me. He was also near the bank NPC. So did I just loot duped potions?I'm paranoid i'll be banned.
