Monthly password change

You know how nexon required us to change our pw every 3 months or so? Are they still doing it or not? Well if they are, my account right now is not really mines, it's my cousin's. I can't get his email because, well long story short, he died last year. How can I stop this from happening? Are they going to close my account if I can't change it within 3 months? Answers will help, thanks!

There is a way to get the email. Sorry about your cousin. Anyway, involves the charge account button or something. EDIT: I just realised, off above post. You just need Last name and Birthday.

to change PW you only need his last name and B-day. just do it monthly and you will be fine.

They would later remind me, I'm just scared it could be anytime this month.

Well my friend had the same problem(except his cuzin didnt die, again im sorry for your loss) and well when it asks you to change it look at the very bottom and there is a little box and kinda small letters that say something like this, [_]Check box to remind you in 1 month. and you click the box and boom! dont needa change any info :D i think you can do this every month

You don't even need any info at all. When they force you to change the password, you just need to enter the old one, and then you can change it. No info required at all.
