applied potential scroll on my 101 att karstan u/h... and it didn't break! potential stat: 8% critical rate and 5% chance of using lvl 1 Ice. good? yes? :]

lol i messed up my karstan yesterday...i had 2 enhanement scrolls that worked and made it 19str 116atk then i used another and it blew up

Sorry for stealing your thread, but I'm kind of confused. The first Enhancement scroll will always work 100% right? After that, the success rate will decrease with the # of successes?
