Should I SP Reset my TS?

Just want some opinons on if I should (10) SP reset my Thunderspear which is currently maxed. Back when I was 3rd job it was pretty usefull and I was able to solo BF with it (back when it first came out TS was the perfect speed to contstantly/consistantly KB it). If I do I would max Booster (which is at 15) and Seal (which is also at 15) I guess. Unless you guys have other suggestions.

I think that would be a smart choice, seeing how booster at 20 means casting it less, and seal at a higher success rate is better.
