Dual Blader guide needed

SO today i started a dual blader and its level 30 atm. im not sure what kind of skills i should do, but i was looking for a skill guide that has a good build. Currently i have 0 into dark sight and i am wondering if i should max put it into mastery with the 5 remaining skill points i have left. for the Blade Recruit skills i have 7 into mastery, 1 into triple stab and 12 into booster. i have 5 skills points that i can use (gonna use SP reset and take 5 more from double stab). Should i put it into mastery or some of the other skills in the next job like fatal blow or slash storm. I'm also wondering if i made a huge mistake with my 1st job skill points. did i need to put something into dark sight?

Lol, posting my guide. Anyways, 19 Mastery, 6 Booster, Max Fatal Blow+Slash Storm (if you can get book). If you can't get book get triple stab. You will able to max dark sight later in the job with extra points.

If you want. I would put the extra points into Dark Sight and booster.

Im doing for level 30: 1 fatal + 2 slash storm max haste slash storm then max fatal then put the rest in dark sight
