Skip Double and Triple Stab?

so i started my db from lvl 1. i didn't know what i was doing so i left my double stab at 4. i know you need lvl 10 double stab to get triple stab. i was planning on just keeping double stab at 4 then just using final blow with that mob attack? i'm lvl 25 now, so it wouldn't be too difficult to get to 30. what do you guys think?

triple stab is extremely useful... slashblast is the only other mob attack and it doesn't do nearly as much damage as triple stab. and good training up until level 55 is all mob training. i'd highly recommend getting triple stab. its a great mob attack.

Just follow a guide and bend it a little. Triple helped me ALOT 20-30 but then I didn't max darksight and am gonna use that 1337 move to own teh rombots.

Here I shall explain: A normal build at level 30 will have: 10 doublestab 3 disorder 2 dark sight max mastery max booster level 6 triple stab (minimum level to do attack to 3 monsters instead of 2) If you wish, you can take those points (16 of them) and use them for dark sight and/or nimble body, etc. note that 10 double stab is a requirement for triple, so cant add triple without first getting 10 double. Yes, you could reach 30 with no stab without too much trouble. Perhaps in a week or so with all the quests. Maybe 5 days if you try. It'd probably be worth it in the end.

[/quote] Don't listen to him Do 10 sp in double stab 10 sp in triple stab since triple stab is ur main mobbing move Only put into dark sight and disorder if your planning to use advance dark sight I decided not to since I just found out magic attacks still hit u and u can't pot in dark sight so it will just be a pain anyways

[/quote] Why lvl 20 mastery also, Pointless get into the skill that adds avoid and Accuracy leave mastery at 19 like every other class. Edit: I think your build leaves you with -1 SP at lvl 30

I have been playing thiefs for 5 years. You need SOME dark sight. If you look toward the future you can forget mobbing skills til 55. Tornado spin will easily take care of your needs. Do you really need triple stab until level 55? It takes a few days to reach that level where it gets replaced. edit @above. It's not a necessity. But when you get to play ms for so long you really just dont give a crap about a slight detail like that. I would prefer it look a tidy 20 since ill be getting the next job adv right after i max it. I don't need an extra 10 seconds of dark sight or few % dmg from a skill that gets replaced at level 55. And no it doesn't leave 1 SP. Rethink it and recount.

My build is very simple. 10 Double Stab 10 Triple Stab 19 Mastery 12 Katara Booster All this by level 30. Enjoy. Note: You don't have to use my build, but to me I think this one is the best if you looking to quickly kill stuff without much trouble.

osiel66 - not every1 can power lvl like crazy ok...so ur "get to 55 fast" doesnt apply to every1. and if i remember correctly, u get 19 master (20 just adds on acc, which is pointless, since db's have a fair ammount of acc). 6 booster, and the rest into dark sight. nimble feet is worthless again, because thieves have the highest avoid in game, and 2nd highest acc. u should max out triple stab, it hits 9 times total, and ur other mob skill requires u to get the cs book, which not every1 can get. u go back to maxing ds later, and u get higher booster later with the skill points thats suppose to go into flash bomb
