Ring quest gone?

Hey guys, my friends and i have been experiencing some problems, we all started our dualblades at lvl 1 but now after completing the lvl 30 quest given by cassandra, the quest to get the lvl 40 medal is gone. So can DBs get the ring? Thanks guys

No they can't, it even says "excluding DBs" on the event notice on the official site.
