Okay before you go on flaming, get over it you know they suck.. dont say you love them or anything you all know they can do a lot better... 1. They take FOREVER to reply to tickets.. Come on 2 months for one of mine? Dont say , "awhh poor souls have so many to reply too" Do you know how many people work there? In WoW they automaticlly reply almost You can call them etc, theyre cool about it they talk to u. ..i called them she told me to log a ticket.....! 2. They had to roll back HOW PATHETIC IS THAT.. A MMORPG Had to rollback their servers they messed up that much And not just once a couple times 3. There server crashed last night.. I got rolled back from 28 to 12 3 times on my db i transferred a titanium receiver a 25 dex robe and a 15 att wg ALL GONE deleted dindt go back to my other acc and i lost my nx they dindt refund and they wont respond to any of my tickets plus 600m gone! Anything you guys wana complain about? Yes this is a rant. Edit: Dont say they dont fail at life "They make a lot of money" You ge the idea -.-

They didn't HAVE to roll back, they just wanted to for the sake of the newly registered players that had almost no money. The server almost always gets crashed after a new class release. I usually don't play the new class funded, it was your own fault for not knowing this from past experience. Tickets are a problem I admit they need to fix. I mean, get some customer service with all that NX money, for [wagon]s sake!

They don't fail at life, they're making quite alot of money.. I've lost 1.4b, MW20 and a 23 STR top. And they stole my 1,500 ginger ales I've also lost my 162 Bishop, NoLUKPanda, since my friend actcidentally resetted my password.

This is from another post I made How come people bash me when I say Nexon is a bad company? I say theyre terrible and I get flamed post after post. Even during every "panic", where there were duping white scrolls, dc hackers, meso generators and packet editors, false bans, People still find faith in Nexon,,, Nexon does stupid stuff and people say they will Quit, but they never do..., me being one of them. This is a good game, with potential, but the company is hindering it. If this game did not have its reputation, yes maple has a reputation it is well know, #7 in the world top MMOs, and its popularity supporting it, this game would have died years ago. Ive been with this game for years, I went through countless crap, false bannings, new scams, Nexon not reading any of my tickets and banning me for weeks at a time for sending in a few. This character is one of my many characters, I still play the game, but I absolutely despise the company. My dream is for this game (it does have potential) to be bought out by a respectable company like Blizzard and they can (not turn turn the game itself around around, Maple is good, the company isnt) the service around. Nexon is a bad company , accept it, do not deny it further, do not ignore it, do not sugarcoat it, do not twist my words in any way what so ever The people who do not believe this either have not been with this game very long, stayed under a rock inside the game for Nexons actions to not affect them, or just does not care about this game and his/her time spent on it.
