Are Evan's that slow?

Well back when Evans came out i thought they were pretty cool lots of skills to use and stuff but the items inflated so i never made one and the skills needed nx but i think i can do surveys for the skill books. But after seeing some vids about the Evans damage i was reading a few forums and said they were slow is it true? or do they get faster with skills? or does the power make up got the speed? im one of those people who likes power and doesnt mind being that slow but if its too slow then im not sure. Also my friend said Arans and Evans are similar in speed are they?

They have powerful attacks but they are THE slowest class in the game. Even with attack booster, they're really slow.

my lvl 98 evan is pretty slow due to charging up attacks, but my fire breath can do 25k each on mobs at vikerolas

Yeah, we are pretty slow, but that one skill helps. (raises your speed of attack) You get used, to it, though. Especially after Earthquake. (First time getting a character to 100 and the feeling of power with earthquake is so cool. I mean, I stand in one spot at gallos and save pots.)

does the power make up for it and does the booster skill help out enough (or decently?)

Dude wait for 4 month. WE are gonna get a new level of booster that no other mages have. Booster will go up to a max elvel of 20 instead of 15. Our speed increased by 1 whole booster level! I think our other buffs are increased trenmodously. Not only mroe speed, but way mroe stronger attacks..! BUT EXCEPT FOR ILLUSION. ILLUSION GOT HALVED!

I once had a bucc with SI in dojo and the speed of my KW seemed same so did Illusion. I think SI is only for melee skills

We are decent mobbers and attackers when we have EQ and flamewheel. And the best thing about Evans? i killed BF at lvl134 w/o help, just patient on pinning BF at the side....very proud of it!
