I think I screwed up an Evan quest :( Pwease help!

There's already been a thread about this in the past in like, Nexon forums and I HAVE read it, but it wasn't much help, unfortunately. My Evan is currently lvl 49 and I noticed that my Elemental reset is only lvl 14. I expected it to be lvl 17 by now, and so I did a little bit of searching and I found out that I was missing one important quest that gave me those 3 missing SP. I have finished "Knowledge about Dragon 3" (all that Grendel and Tatamo stuff, blah blah blah) but I don't know how to activate the "Growth Accelerant" quest. I reallyyyyy don't wanna lose any SP -__- I don't recall EVER getting that quest to begin with! I seriously hate missing SP (my teleport is only 19. fml) Please help! It's a good thing I maxed out my Ice Breath first :P and I know its ONLY 3 lvls off of Elemental Reset, but still D: Feedback is greatly appreciated

Quests Lvl 46 1. You'll get a lightbulb once again and you'll be told by the puppet/doll to go find something in orbis tower. 2. Go to the 16th floor of orbis tower, you'll find a new tunnel/hole in the wall. Go inside and you'll find a brick wall npc. You'll get 1x Secret Organization Temporary Member medal, 1x Fourth Stage SP, and some exp. The medal gives +120 HP & MP. 3. Talk to the brick wall once again. It'll tell you it needs something, so go talk to Huckle. (10th floor of orbis tower) 4. Talk to Huckle and answer his questions is this order: 2nd, 1st, then 3rd. 5. Collect 10x cellion tails (Garden of Red II), 10x grupin tails (Garden of Green II), 10x lioneer tails (Garden of Yellow II), and 10x fierry tentacles (Cloud Park II, III, IV or VI), (Good idea to get these in advance). Bring the goods back to Huckle and he'll give you an item. Bring it to the brick wall on the 16th floor and you'll get 2x Fourth Stage SP and some exp. lol from the guide i used.

I already looked at this guide ^^^ two days ago the problem is I don't know how to RECEIVE the quest. Keep in mind that this is a lvl 46 quest that I missed and I'm lvl 49 :P

ahh sorry then =/ So you didnt get the light bulb when you lvled up to 46? if you did, you might of accepted the quest already but just didnt finish. look in you quest menu under "job" i think. and check o.o
