Out of scrolls?

Well. kerning is out of overall dex scrolls. anyone know when npc restocks? Or does anybody want to sell me 10 100% overall dex scrolls

It resets everyday, but normally, you can just keep changing channels until you can find one that has some. I have no idea why they even have a stock anyway >.>

Since when were there "stocks" on scrolls? xD Isn't it completely random?

Back when leeching was huge, nlc pots would sometimes sell out right before 2x events. And I think when those sky blue chairs sold from the lith harbor shop first came out, they were sold out on all channels as people would be trying to merch them.
