How come I can't delete characters?

In my home world Kradia, I have all the slots filled, but when I go to delete a character it says "Failed due to an unknown error" I can delete characters of any other world fine. Whats the problem here?

im having the same trouble but with only one of my chars i seem to be able to delete the rest o.O
