What Happend With The Explorers Ring Quest

Hello everyone, I was playing on my new db and I lvled it to 30 and I completed the lvl 30 ring quest and started the lvl 40 one but, then it said quest has ended due to an unkown error or something like that can anyone please tell me what i can do to get it back. P.S. I tried talking to her again but the quest wasnt there.

DBs can't get the ring, it says underneath all of the info that it wasn't extended to DBs

Yes this has happened to me too. Dbs can't get the ring.

Well for other adventurer's, even if the quest isn't there, just get to lvl 50 and you will receive the ring. o:

I dont know why but my level 41 cleric cant even do the quest, it doesn't show up anymore. Same with all my other chars but my hermit. Is there a certain reason to why it is like that? C0sa, is that true, because if it is you just made my day a lot better :D.
