Bera: Is there anyone willing to take me on a Targa Run?

Hi I'm a level 80 hermit in Bera. My chracter's name is mushpotato9 and I was wondering if anyone would take me on a Targa Run in which I could loot the hat that can kill the Targa. I am currently doing the prequests so please buddy me. Thanks!

You need at around ~7.5k hp with HB to even survive Targa's third body. I think most lvl 80 hermits don't have that much yet.
