Did Galicia just crash?

title says it all, i got booted, i cant log on, and the world select menu says no1 is on EDIT: woooow... i didnt realize a bunch of morons would come on here a day later talking about the SC... this happened at 12:01AM (2 AM basil time) on the 20th, the day of the server check/ maintenance/ patch, but 21 hours before the actual server check... all of galicia got booted and couldnt log on for a few minutes... this was not the darn server check, so dont treat me like a moron

I get on for about 15 seconds then it logs me out and says im already logged in...

I'm more scare with the duped item i got when i woke up. Apparently Scania had a rollback and now i have 2 of the same items... What should i do?
