Bright Feather means 10.?x Exp?

not being able to go above 8x is true the exp ur getting is 6x+ring since the ring and norm exp r split like party exp is seperate i know that u cant do 8x becuase back when we had hunters luck it stacked with event and card but u got 1 exp for every kill since it was 8x
