Revamps affect on Mages

Right now,Lukless Mages and Evans are stronger than RegLuk Mages and Evans but i heard that after the 'Big Bang' Revamp Patch,RegLuk will be better than Lukless.Why is that?

acc will need to come from luck hence taking sp from int but this is good for the well-extreme fund because they can still be low- luck less

no, its because of the magic formula ( i heard from those huge big threads about the revamp) m.atk is going to weight more in damage. ( like the w.atk formula) therefore, high luk = higher weapon with high m.atk.
