Getting the explorer ring again

I searched in Basil for threads talking about getting the explorer ring again, but they didn't answered my question at all. As you may know, you can get the explorer ring again from 21th to 27th, as the MapleStory (Official Site) states. My question is, if I had a lvl 34 cleric, with the explorer's wand and the explorer's overall, but my explorer's medal quest and my explorer's ring quest expired, will I need to make another character starting from level 1 in order to get the quest again? Thank you.

yes, you have to start a new char from scratch, simple as that unfortunately

I don't think so. I think u can level can level your cleric to Level 39 with 99.99% before the June 21. Then, you would need to get them to 50 before the 27th for a ring.

But protest had to occur to get them to do it... that's why Nexon is rated poorly. OT: There's no way to know if you'll be able to use your pre-leveled characters that were made during the previous event. Nexon has not released that information. Everyone here is guessing.

Thanks for the info Cynic. @ZuBBiii, you can get to level 49 with 99,99%. Just DON'T get to 50 or more.

I was lvl 39 before the event expired. Now I'm lvl 46. I apologize if this is a stupid question, but since I missed the lvl 40 quest, do I have to now start over?

i got rollbacked to 46 from 48 and today i got him to lvl 49 at 99.98% so at july 21 i shud be able to kill a snail and get the ring right? and another thing.. i heard that wen yu get to lvl 50 yu have to talk to cassandra and start a quest and finish it to get the ring. what exactly is this quest
