| Before you ask, I know that there's already a Ludibrium Party Quest guide, it's just that I'd like to post up a guide on how I would do it. :DD And if you don't mind, could you rate it out of 10? :D Welcome! Welcome to my guide on how to complete a standard lpq! It basically covers needs and ticket requirements, as well as the puzzles and other things. So I guess it isn't so simple. :D Notes and Edits I've made this guide after I saw that many of the people LPQing have absolutely no idea how to LPQ. 17-7-10: Guide created 18-7-10: Added level maximum, tweaked stages one, two, three, eight and nine. Bolded certain parts of the text as well as created a thank you section :D Oh, and corrected fail date above. Pre-Requirements: Things and job classes that are required for lpq: You and your party MUST be level 35-50. A good amount of HP and MP potions (Clerics can be helpful, but they are prone to dying so it's best to keep some HP potions with you) A Thief with Dark Sight or a Wind Archer with Wind Walk A Magician with at least level one Teleport An Assassin with max keen eyes or a Archer with max Eye of Amazon. All cure potions or eyedrops and holy waters (optional, but it is recommended) Spare etc slots, use slots, and equipment slots. As the leader: Make sure you are a fast clicker. You will be competing with other parties for members, so make sure that you can click quickly.Avoidleavingtheparty unexpectedly; it annoys the heck out of the teammates that you left behind. (To clear a stage, talk to the balloon) As a party member: Try not to leave due to the time the leader is taking. He/She would be working very hard to try and get someone, and you leaving would just make it more of a hassle. Listen to the Leader at all times during the PQ, and keep your eye on the chat-box incase if a party member has passed an important message to everyone via party chat. Stage one: The beginning Kill all the ratz and black ratz and collect the passes of dimension (looks like kpq pass or train ticket). Two platforms are only accessible by a mage's teleport, a thief's max haste or simply jumping down from the platform above. Give the leader all of the passes. Once the stage is clear, do not go in. Only one person goes in to the next round, until the word "clear" is heard in party chat (Your party must arrange someone to clear the next stage). Total number of passes required: 25 (Note that you will get 26 passes, but more on that later) Stage two: Collecting passes If you are the person who is 'clearing' this stage, move down a bit until you see the SECOND blue box with a star on it. Break the box, and you will be transported to another map. Once there, type "clear" in party chat and then complete the hidden room. There are four passes in the hidden room. (The reason why only one person goes in and breaks the box is because once the second box is broken, everyone in the second stage's map will be teleported to the hidden map. So to save time, only one person |
