What skate deck to get?

Hi everyone, I need a new skateboard deck and I am debating between a few brands but I've never skated any of em before. I know theyre good ones but I'm stuck so help me out please 1. Chocolate. I like the designs of their boards and I hear good things but never tried one myself. 2. Girl. Skated one once and it was okay, but didnt feel really durable. 3. Alien Workshop. Never skated but looks alright. 4. Enjoi. Skated a few times, but it was a small board so I cant really compare :/ I'm looking for a board that is light and durable. Thanks And graphics are not an issue.

not that big of a deal, they're all pretty decent but since you're just starting it won't make that big of a difference between those 4. personally i like alien workshop. them ore important part is you get a deck size that you like.

I longboard, but I would still go with chocolate; actually I would suggest something from gravity or earthwing.

I always liked Zero decks when I was younger. The skeleton dude looks cool Haven't been on a skateboard in like 4 years though, quit when I was 15ish after some broken bones :P

[/quote] I know this is TS thread and not mine, so why do i feel embarrassed when you said its his first time... Because i didnt see him writing it was his first. >.< Shouldnt feel that way.

[/quote] i just sorta assumed that he had never skated any of them he was new, my bad i guess, when i started i knew plenty of people that skated and was able to try out their boards.

[/quote] Haha thanks for backin me up If it matters to anyone my trucks are hollow thunder lights, if that would have any effect on choosing one or the other :O Also when I say "I've never skated any of em before" I mean none of these brands :O

doesnt really matter its gonna break in time if you're low on cash then get a blank deck or if you live in california go get an active one sometimes they have sales ova there 2 for $50 chocolate is pretty much the same as girl same manufacture but different team and style..

blank decks. they're cheaper because they don't have a brand logo on them.
