Makering some shoes for my dit

Hello fellow bandits of basil :D! I'm in need of help of which shoe i should be makering for my Str dit. I haven't added any str yet (4 base). Should i maker shoes that are around the 1xx+ range? (considering that most people believe that's the best time to convert) and just stay a Luk dit until then? Or should i just convert now? (seeing as i have a 9 atk 6 slot khanjar waiting at lvl 80) And my current shield which is a 2 luk seclusion clean. Right now i have an advanced power crystal, and hopefully an advanced dex crystal (an intermediate one if i can't find/make one) to use on the shoe. Please post if you need any extra info on my characters stats/current equips if need be. Thank you!

i personally makered the pirate set because it looks awesome (even though i ended up covering most of it) but most people say 90 is the best level (osfa set) since it gives most base stat boost, shoes can be 1xx range i guess, it depends on how far your other equips can push your dex to since if you need to be able to wear it (example: if you get lvl 100 shoes (140 dex i believe?) and you want to boost 15 dex with it, while your end game is dkhanjar (150 dex) and GDK (140 dex) then it would be better to use lvl 90 shoes cuz lvl 100 shoes will put you at 155)

ahh, okay. well i'm just makering shoes. before i made this i had a hermit and i was thinking of using it's top/bottom combo i already had. 20luk 5 dex top and 3 str 17 dex 1 luk pants(i don't know why it had 3 str). Would it be more wise to sell those two and maker a whole new lvl 80/90 set and try re-scrolling. Or would that be too risky? and i'm not trying to go str-less i'm not sure if i'll have enough str to do that.
