All MapleStory servers are being brought offline at 12:45 PM Pacific (3:45 PM Eastern) for an unscheduled maintenance. We currently do not have an estimated time when the servers will be brought back, but will provide regular updates as they become available. Don't worry after the SC you can still get you ring, they wanna fix the meso exploit now...THis is for the hackers because they know they are spending the mesos so they don't get caught...but now they are catching the hackers off guard a lot more will get caught this way, lol.

Where is the logic though Nexon? You have already a planned maintenance, and now you throw this wrench in our plans. I've been just training my xbow, and now there goes my chances for the ring. All thanks to their horrible timing, I'm still about 16 levels away. Do they do this, to mess with our plans? People just buy NX, only to lose out on 2x Cards and such, because of such poor planning. If something is already scheduled for that day, don't throw another one at us! It's just compounding the problem, and making it harder for players now. At least replace the cards, and extend the event because of this. It's all I'm asking really. I do know this is Basil, just I'm expressing my personal thoughts of frustration. They seriously know how, to systematically destroy our joys. Some are close to getting a ring, or close to actually finishing levels, etc. I hope everyone gets a refund of some sort, for all this downtime along with event extension.
