Berserk, Dark Force, SP Reset?

So, I'm on Galicia. I don't have Berserk 30 yet, because HT can't be killed yet. (legit) However, I'm wondering about the Big Bang and how Berserk becomes Dark Force. When this skill change is made, will people who have passed Berserk 30 have Dark Force 30, or will there be new books to collect and use? I assume that sometime before Big Bang comes, my server will finally be able to HT, and I will be able to get ahold of Berserk 30, even if it means spending hundreds of millions of mesos on it to pass it. But, if once Big Bang comes and Berserk becomes Dark Force, I don't want to have wasted all those mesos learning Berserk 30, just to have to collect a new book and pass it all over again. I know, most people on Basil play EMS or GMS, but I figured I'd ask, in hopes someone heard, or maybe even plays KMS/KMST. I'd like to be able to dump points into Dark Force once I use the SP reset, but don't want to waste mesos on berserk 30 if it isn't going to translate.

They wouldn't make everyone just all of a sudden reclaim the books. The SP reset is to relocate your SP, not redo your entire skill builds. When you pass a book, it doesn't mean it comes with point's it just 'allows' this many skill points in it.

That I understand, and if Berserk was staying Bererk, I wouldn't question it. I'm not concerned about Power Stance for instance, as it is staying Power Stance, but Dark Force is effectively a new skill, so I don't want to assume that I'll have the same mastery level as I had with Berserk. Since there are also new skills being introduced, such as Beholder's Vengeance (I think that's what it's called), I can't imagine I'll have a mastery level on that of anything other than 10, if that.

They're likely - if they're smart - to simply change the information in the Berserk skill, since that's effectively the same thing. It's very easy to change the text "Berserk" to "Dark Force", and I suspect it's not all that difficult to change what the skill does, either.

Yeah, if they're smart, is a HUGE if. I was hoping of a "someone heard" or someone happened to play KMS/KMST and knew. Basically going to be the difference between me having to burn billions of mesos (if I'm unlucky) to get Berserk 30, and I may not even need it.

I've seen screenshots of KMS Dark Knights with 30 Dark Force and I'm sure the DrKs on the two post-Big Bang videos have Dark Force 30. I'm much too tired to find them right now.

It's simply a rename You won't need to hunt for new books if you have already passed one for the same skill or in the case of zerk -- the same essential skill with a rename and redone string -- so yeah -- go for zerk30 if you can

Unless Nexon screws up and has complete character SP reset, where we get SP according to our level and mastery books get reset. f3 Oh, and they just change the name and the trigger/percentage variables. Shouldn't be much of a problem. Tip: Calculate & apply 4th job SP allocation before touching anything else.
