Okay, so basically the computer my bro bought now has Malware issues, not even a day into using the internet but just downloading avast, ccleaner, malwarebytes and some audio and video codecs since there was no volume while being on the web, is there anything I can do to fix this cause I can't use system restore because it's DISABLED and I can't enable it, any malware/antivirus program I try basically gets blocked after I run a scan, and I can't access the internet, and it was working perfectly the other day.

If you've already downloaded Malwarebytes on the computer, try RENAMING the file from "mbam.exe" to something else. Doesn't matter what you call it, just something other than its normal name. Many of these spyware things disable "mbam.exe" from executing, so you need to try to fool them. Try renaming it to "basil.exe" or something. Then try to install it by double clicking on "basil.exe" or whatever. Don't try to run it yet though. Restart the computer in "Safe Mode" by rebooting, then start spamming the F8 key over and over BEFORE the Windows loading screen comes up. If you time it right, you should see a new menu that lists several startup options. Choose "Safe Mode with Networking" and hit Enter. (If the normal Windows screens start coming up it means you missed it, so start all over again, reboot and start hitting F8 sooner.) If it asks you if you want to do a System Restore or go into Safe Mode, tell it Safe Mode. (You DON'T want to do a System Restore when viruses and garbage like this are involved because you may end up restoring viruses also.) When the Desktop comes up it'll look weird because Windows is running in a minimal mode that hopefully will keep the spyware from running. Open Malwarebytes and if it runs successfully, hit the "Update" tab FIRST and update it, then run a Full scan of the computer. Have it Delete anything it finds, then reboot the computer and try to run Malwarebytes again in normal Windows mode. If this process doesn't work, it means things are more serious, and you may be faced with a more complicated removal process. One thought though- if the computer is brand new, you might want to use any Restore discs or restore process provided with the computer to reformat and reinstall Windows and the included applications. Essentially start over from "out of the box" new. The method of doing that will vary depending on what kind of computer it is, and what was included with it. Check the users manual for details on how to do that.
