You live in a small town, and you are driving down the main road through the dead town. It is 2:30 AM and the lights are flashing amber, and as you meet up with a flashing amber light. As you are about to make it through, you see someone run by and BAM, you hit him. He flips over the vehicle and you get out and call 9/11. His cellphone starts ringing, what do you do? Do you answer or not to answer.

hahaha no I didn't do this, but I had a dream about it and I was truly terrified to answer the call, and the cops took about 20 minutes to come to the crime of the scene. The phone just wouldn't stop ringing .
