jiggoha : Yeah, try to get AT LEAST 20 minutes in jogging also, or it won't really do anything.
That's not true for him. He is 107 pounds at 5'6. That's nearly all bone, no fat... He has no reason to jog for that long. He simply needs to make his heart rate go faster then usual, then he can work out.

I'm 5'8 and 116 lbs so I'm in nearly the same situation as you are. For one, if you can afford it; buy a pack of Jack Link's Beef Jerky every 1-2 days. The protein really does help. Next, You're probably aiming for weight gain and muscle mass. In that case, do your workouts at this rep. 1 set of 15 at easy weight 1 set of 10 at normal weight 1 set of 7 at heavy weight 1 set of 5 at heavier weight. In my case, I'd start benching 70 lbs 15x Move up to 80 lbs 10x Move up to 90 lbs at 7x and then 100 lbs at 5x

I just started working out too, I'm 15. I don't go to the gym, but I do about a mile run, followed by pull-ups, push-ups, and crunches. As many as I can do of each, and 2~3 sets of them. Then just jump in my pool for a minute. It isn't much, but it keeps me healthy.
