Help, Can't Get Crocell Hat, No Quest!

Ok so here's the deal. Last Night I won a Maple Life - A Card from some sort of event/prize thing. I decided to make a pirate. So now I have a level 31 Gunslinger and I need to get the Crocell hat. Only problem is, I can't. Kyrin doesn't have any quests for me. I did all her "Pirate Training Quests" so now she has nothing to offer. I'm a bit confused now. If any one can help me out and let me know if I'm missing something, or what-not, I'd be greatly appreciated. EDIT: !PROBLEM SOLVED! I had to finish up 2 Quests from another guy. Try talking to Muirhat or whatever that guy's name is. He's out side of Kyrin's room.

Maybe the quest is glitched or something idk.

Its cause you are level 31. I had the exact same problem and it turned out that one of the quests to get the hat (where you talk to some job trainer guy) is level 30 or below.

I think you can't get it. Too high of a level
