Random thing in Pyramid PQ

Whenever I go to Pyramid PQ theres always someone outside randomly moving around and attacking. I've seen this like 5 times now, all different people. Does anyone know why? o.o

They are botting but they're obviously bad at it and forgot to go inside.

Just so you know botting means like battling over time, in other words they are hackers who got a program to do stuff for them while their away from keyboard. Not Cool.
