Any good Games for PC?

Hi, I just got a new laptop, and Id like to ask, whats a good game that doesnt need a Wi-Fi or an internet connection? I would like something to occupy myself in the Library at times when I have to stay there for my next lecture... I have Gateway NV53A AMD Athlon II x2 Processor P320 @ 2.3GHZ ; 1066FSB ATI Radeon HD 4250 @ 400MHZ with DDR2 (Or 3, I cant remember) 4GB Ram DDR3 1066 320GB HDD / 15.6inch screen So far, I finished Fallout3 I perfer some game like Fable, something a bit more like Sims, combined with a combat system? :D Thanks for the suggestions!
