cuz its a sp3 version so i cant validate and it has LOTS of problems...

Service pack has nothing to do with it. It won't affect validation, and it shouldn't trigger validation, IF your XP is already validated.

if it triggers your validation, then I'll assume you have a hacked copy of XP, pay for the real thing, and you'll be fine xD
