Maple on a Windows 7

In the past 2 hours, I downloaded Maple onto my Windows 7 laptop. Once the icon is on my desktop background, I click it, which opens up the maplestory website. After clicking start game, the hackshield shows up and the green bar loads. Everything seems to be going fine until a message saying "error code : -2147467259 (Unspecified error)" appears. I have tried to turn off my firewalls and run maple again, but the same error appears. Could someone help me work maple on my computer? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading

Did you have Win7 on that laptop before (it had Win7 on it the first day you bought it)? Or you upgraded it from another OS? Those who have that error usually didn't install their graphic card driver after reformatting. I'm assuming you are the same.

Download/install Everest (I would take you to the dxdiag window, but it will likely say N/A or "Standard VGA Display Adapter) >> Run it >> Go to Display >> GPU Tell me what is say for the Video Adapter. Also, is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

Oh, I mean are you running on Win7 32-bit or 64-bit? It should tell you by going to Start >> Right-Click on Computers >> Next to System Type Download the correct one accordingly to your system (and whoever having this problem, don't download/install the files below, as it may not be the correct one for your system). Win7 32-bit Win7 64-bit
