I'm getting IP banned nonstop

I've been playing at various locations as of late. For the Californians in the know, I've been at Fremont, Fairfield, Los Angeles, Sacramento, then back to Fairfield. I've been IP banned four times now. Each time, I fill out a form that essentially gives Nexon my information and a statement saying "I didn't do anything." Is there a reason for this? ...Is it because I've been using Hotspot shield to bypass a community college's firewall?

I'm pretty sure hotspot shield will get your account immediately deactivated, and you have to reactivate it. But don't hold it against me.

Possibly. If game guard catches it as a 3rd party software which is against the TOS. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It's hotspot shield. I think it is if you activate it before/after you log on. Try it out and see if it kicks you before/after you activate it.
