She's a moron whose just trying to boost her self-esteem. If she's so "active," why go through all the trouble of arguing with everyone that her "method" works. He's been a body-builder for over twenty-years, and his knowledge is very vast on the subject. Plus, look at the shape he's in, he definitely knows what he's talking about (he's fifty-years-old). Now, to the girl that made that thread. Show us proof that your "method" works. If not, then it's pure bull. Losing weight at 5lb in a mere three days is impossible even if you're eating healthy. In order to lose 1Lb, you need to burn 3,500 calories. After so, you'll lose 3,500 calories. An average person should consume about 2,200 calories (or so depending on your size, age, etc) a day. So unless you starved the living hell out of yourself for three days and worked out very much, you did NOT lose 5lb.
