| Ok guys so I got a really weird english question... You know the saying "if not?" For example... "I helped with most if not all of them." does it mean... "I helped with most of them. If I did not, then all of them." or does it mean... "I helped with most of them, if I did not help with all of them." haha I don't NEED to know the answer but i'm just curious XD |
