So I put my computer to sleep mode because I don't want to turn it completely off, but when I try to turn it back on, it doesn't. When I shake the mouse and press keys and stuff, I can clearly see that my computer is working fine, everything is okay. Keyboard lights are on, so is the mouse light, everything except the monitor. My monitor shows no signal. I restart my computer, it loads up the screen, I see Lenovo logo, then it says starting up Windows or w/e, and then it goes back to no signal. I have to restart it a couple of times in order for it to be fully functional with the monitor. This didn't happen before until I upgraded my CPU...

You might have to go into the Display Properties and set the Monitor refresh rate back to 60Hz (assuming it's set higher), and see if that helps. Then if it does, try upping the refresh rate until the problem returns, then go back down one. Kind of suspicious about it happening right after the CPU upgrade. Are you overclocking the CPU at all..? And are you sure the motherboard is adjusted correctly (either with jumpers on the board or in the BIOS settings) for the new CPU..?

Yeah, I think the motherboard supported the upgrade even before I had it and it works perfectly fine. I am also not doing any overclocking. :]
