well there was a thread earlier about using an xbox controller with maple . well i have dl'ed xpadder and joy2key . neither of them detect my xbox controller but my device manager says its connected and working properly . anyone know what i could do to make this work ? thanks

Are you using Windows Vista/7 64 bit? If you are, you will have to enable test mode in order for it to work, if you have 32 bit Windows you don't need to worry about that. You also have to download and install the XBOX/XBOX 360 controller drivers onto your computer even though windows said it installed the driver properly the first time you plugged it in. I've done it many times on my various computers, except I use my PS3 controller. =)
