Macbook Pro & Maplestory ?

I was just curious, because i just got a new Mac Book Pro, and i was wondering if it would be able to run Maple story with no problems? Also would I be able to Zakum/Boss? Thanks for all the help guys ~Ryan<3

Yes, virtual machines can slow down a game like maplestory (and occasionally, accuse you of using speed-hacks), but on a newer model, a virtual machine will be fine with maplestory. If you are going to be running maplestory on a VM, I suggest you have at least: - a Core 2 Duo proc (dual core, the mac mini solo doesn't count. Also, the Core Duos don't run VMs too well) - 2 gigs of ram (at least 512 MB ram for the VM) - A dedicated GPU (the GMA 950's, and GMA 3100's run maplestory poorly in VMs)

I'm running ms on my macbook pro right now I have parallels on snow leopard and i use bootcamp for windows.

I'm currently running on bootcamp as well! Easy as pie. Although switching OS's feels like I'm leaving my warm comfy home to come to XP....but whatevs I can game on it.

If you are a college student, you can get it for around half that price.

Bootcamp is free, but you need your own version of Windows to run it. Windows is not legally free.
