for those w/ a job whats the first stuff u bough w/ u money?

and for those that dont yet when you get a job what do you plan to buy? i havent had a job yet but when i do get a job i think i would probably get a decent Katana (not to go around town as a ninja or anything - it would stay at home i could cut tree branches and stuff with it and tell people "DONT WAKE ME UP OR ELSE") then probably a PS3 that has HDMI working (the one i have is fully functional except for the HDMI) then a new 360 (cuz the one i have is almost out of memory, i like touch sensitive buttons, and i like having as few cables as possible so the built in wireless adapter would be nice) a few games thrown in there of course and probably save some money so when my HDTV breaks a few years down the line i have enough money for a nice one.

Actually i saved money and spent nearly 700 dollars on a new guitar Ibanez AF75 <3 :D

I think you overestimate how little a part-time job pays nowadays. Especially ones that hire teenagers with no experience. I make minimum wage and get 2 shifts a week, at least. I make about 80$ a week. I find I spend more money on little things like coffee, lunches, little trinkets more than anything substantial.
