how to sleep in hot room

it is summer. it is very very hot it is very humid i have no fan i have no airconditioner i am upstairs how do i cool my self down so i can sleep better, it is very unbearable T_T

Dont use blankets or sheets and dont sleep in any clothes (except ur boxers of course) and maybe leave a window or something open u should get a fan though, i have two in my room

no i will not sleep in the fridge no i will not sleep naked i cannot sleep in the basement or living room it is occupied but thanks for the advice

Take a shower with cold water. Trust me, it helps a lot when you're really hot and keeps you cool for sometime.
