Nexon's "Change you're password every 3 months" campaign has caused me to be locked from the game. When I tried to log in yesterday, a message told me a note was sent to my email to change my password. When I go to my email, no link. I try to do a password reset, it's not sent. I can get nexon's crappy newsletter, but I can't get stuff that actually matters. GG nexon.

Maybe the password reset email was sent to your spam inbox? That happened to me so try checking there or unblocking your spam filter for a little bit.

He wants us to feel bad for him, and to sympathize for his loss. Luster117, complaining about how nexon sucks isn't going to fix the issue. Keep a cool head. Check your spambox. Many email providers classify nexon's game mail as spam. If it isn't there, try sending the password reset email again. Make sure that the email account you are using is the same one you used to sign up with.

Same thing here. The password reset is not at my email. Another 3 months until I get a new password, hopefully....

Try logging into the site? Usually it prompts you to change your password the first time you login to the site after 3 months. You don't have to verify. Once you change it, it's changed. Edit: Fixed typo. Sleep deprivation! :D

yeah, nexon has done that to me 3 or 4 times now, on accounts the email is no longer accessible.

I don't think they automatically reset your password. Especially since I just logged into my account, after three months since the last pw change, and I got a prompt to change it. You must've reset it yourself, or something.
