SO I've been getting into anime a 'lil bit and I can honestly say I enjoy it. I enjoy action, comedy, and drama. Animes I have watched(Or currently watching) and liked. Avatar: The Last Airbender. Fruits Basket. Onegai Teacher. Full Moon wo Sagash(i)te. Black Cat. Lucky Star (Really enjoyed this one). Blue Gender. K-ON! Basquash. Hellsing. Ouran High School Host Club. Peach Girl. School Rumble. Elfen Lied. Samurai Champloo. Cowboy Bebop. Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. B Gata H Kei. Scrapped Princess. School Days. Toradora! Vampire Knight. .hack//SIGN. Blood+ Animes I have watched(Or dropped) and disliked. Bleach. Naruto. One Piece. Code Geass. Full Metal Alchemist. Strawberry Panic. As you can see, I have a subtle amount of liked animes, and not a lot of disliked animes, I'm very open.

boku no pico is a masterpiece. definitely worth checking out. good job on dropping bleach, code grease and naruto. there are much better stuff out there. don't listen to these entry-level people.

I'm sort of curious as to what you didn't like about Strawberry Panic; while I don't consider it to be great, I can't think of much particularly bad about it either. Anyway, Clannad (and Clannad After Story), Kanon, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and Death Note have been suggested, and I'll agree with those suggestions. I'll also suggest Air (unless you particularly dislike Clannad and/or Kanon after watching them) and Shakugan no Shana. You may also wish to check out: -Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora -Kimi ga Nozomu Eien -Ef: a Tale of Memories (and Ef: a Tale of Melodies) -Myself; Yourself If you end up enjoying Clannad, Kanon, Air, and/or anything on my list above, you may also wish to check out Da Capo (and Da Capo Second Season, Da Capo II, and Da Capo II Second Season). You might also want to consider 11eyes (which happens to have my favourite OP of all time), but opinions on it are very mixed, and it is a 'tad' heavy on the fan service (in the same way Elfen Lied is a 'tad' heavy on the gore). It has action, romance, characters with tragic pasts, stunning visuals, awesome (IMO) opening and ending themes, ...and panty shots every 5 seconds; up to you if that sounds good or bad. I'd normally suggest FMA, but it seems you didn't like it; care to explain what you didn't like?
