Basilers and Acne.

So, I was just wondering how many basil/maplers had acne, because some people think the more you are on the computer, the more acne you have, which I personally don't believe. I'm a young teenager and I'm only entering high school and I have had to face severe acne. Lol. I'm currently taking isotretinoin AKA Accutane or Claravis, a prescribed medication, which is known to be very harmful. I was also wondering if anyone took it before. And, if you're struggling with acne and have any questions, feel free to ask. Here are my two cents: -Proactiv works for people whose acne is caused just by oily skin, NOT hormones or genetics. If you get pimples around your period or just all the time, then this is not for you. Proactiv is for people who just get pimples due to not washing their face or just being sweaty or they have a lot of hair in their face, etc. Same with SkinID. -The best drugstore acne cream I recommend is AcneFree Terminator 10 cream. It dries out your face a lot, yet for even with someone with severe acne, it helps, especially if you don't want to go to a dermatologist. Be warned, it dries out your face. -For girls, if you're looking for good skin makeup to cover up your acne, I would recommend for liquid foundation Neutrogena SkinClearing Foundation, because it covers it up while it helps get rid of it. But if you are mainly concerned with covering it up, get BareMinerals powder. It worked wonders. And after putting either of these on, apply a pressed powder. Wow, this is long, sorry, lol. So feel free to rant, or just ask questions, or have a giant wallow-in-self-pity fest. :P

I recently noticed I had acne on my forehead, which is usually covered by my bangs. But other than that, no. I used to have it on the side of my face.

If you're addicted to the computer it can cause acne. Not from being on it but from not washing your face, bad eating habits, not cleaning your keyboard and then touching your face. You know, behaviors some people develop so they can be on the computer longer.

+ Dab lemon juice on your face and leave for 10-15 minutes. I did this before I slept, and I'm seeing changes already. Do you have any tips on things I should leave on my zits/acne overnight? Is using a dab of toothpaste healthy?

My boyfriend used to have moderate/severe acne and tried everything, but now it's not as bad as before. However, it really affected the way he thinks of himself, he can't even look at the mirror anymore. It's been like this for our 4+ year relationship D:

hi, i used to some acne on my face. however, it's all now pretty much gone now. i've been drinking a lot of water lately, i wash my face on a daily basis. as days pass, weeks, i notice a huge change. now i am acne free.

Yeah I break out like once or twice a month for no reason at all, and then the pimples go away, but they leave scarring. The weird thing is, I don't scratch/pop/pick my pimples and they still leave scar marks. >.>
