Hello guys, NOTE: Replace the "~" with a Backward Slash The One Above The Enter Key Please do not spam 'We already know this' but i am posting it to help people Who do not know ;D Good Attitude Would Help Here Goes Is Your Maplestory Client Not Working? or is it Simply not Opening? Well you've come to the right Thread XD Hi i am Troy McClure, You May Remember me from such videos like 'The Simpsons' or 'How to Bisect Your Self' Today I'm going to teach you how to fix your Maplestory Problem ;D First of all you need to Locate your Maplestory Shortcut, if you do not have one Don't worry just right click on your Desktop and Click 'New Shortcut' and also you'll need your Maplestory Directory Location usually it is in C drive, after you have done that Replace the "-Directory Here-" With Your Directory and in the Location Field Put in "-Directory Here-~Maplestory.exe GameLaunching" and Press Ok, For me The Directory is "C:~Nexon~Maplestory~Maplestory.exe GameLaunching", Yes That's GameLaunching not GameLauncher, you must have that for maplestory to run. If you have the shortcut, right click it and click on Properties then in the Target file Field put " GameLaunching" at the end NOTE: Make Sure You have a Space Then 'GameLaunching' And Viola There You Go Hope You Enjoyed Please Leave Comments Below, Do Not Flame or Spam

while its nice of you to try and help, that solution has been posted multiple times already doesn't work for me btw, i seriously have no idea how to fix my maple client after spending many hours using manual patcher reinstall full v87 from site patch from different versions your method rename gamelauncher restart computer/end maple processes clear registry copy working clients from friends computers unchecking compatibility modes installing in different locations and probably one or two more that i can't remember right now, please if anyone knows any other methods i would love to know

its just the appcrash problem that alot of people have had, the one where you try and start the game (either from the gamelauncher or website) and nothing happens no processes, just a instant crash except other people seem to find a fix in the list that i've gone through, but no dice for me vista-64 bit is my OS, never had a problem remotely like this before

Amara, after lauching the game and it crashes, is the maplestory.exe still active in taskmanager?

correct, there are no processes the manual patcher would show up, but that doesn't matter anyway because i downloaded the full client installer. fresh v87, you'd think that would be fine but unforunately no

Tried so many fixes but none of them work. I click the .exe, and nothing happens.

All you need to do is locate your shortcut for maple and put " GameLaunching" at the end and run
