Ipod touch wifi

My ipod touch's wifi doesn't seem to be working, in the network list my network has 3 bars, but when i'm connected, it doesnt have any bars at all, not even the radar is at the top, but it's still connected. This just happened randomly. I already restarted my ipod. This happened three times so far, the first time I did a factory reset, and the latter two I just had to restart my ipod, but it's not working this time for some reason, any help?

Click *Forget this Network* and then reconnect. That might fix it.
