So is the Golden Temple here to stay or will it dissapear in the next patch?

It's an event, so it's not lasting forever, I would think.

I don't think so, since the quests and the tickets in the CS are all marked "event".

i dont think it's perm cause it's an event that should only stay for a while. It too good to be true if it's perm

Maybe, I think its marked under events saying, it is an event that people can go into there, later on, you know, nexon will make you pay to get in..

The mini dungeons we know now used to be an "event" and the tickets to get in were in the CS. Its that and Ravana has a monster card to drop...
