Help needed with GameCam.

My brother downloaded GameCam, and expected me to uninstall it for some reason. I went to Control Panel -> Uninstall Programs -> Uninstall Gamecam. For some reason, it didn't show up in the recycle bin. Whenever I try to play Maplestory, the annoying review screen blocks the bottom right part of my screen. Anybody have any idea on how to fix it? I'm willing to provide information if needed. The operating system on that computer is XP if that helps any...

Wait- let me see if I understand- Your brother downloaded and installed GameCam on this computer. You Uninstalled it, but it's still showing up on the screen. Correct..? Did you RESTART the computer..? That's a "magic bullet" that fixes an awful lot of things. If it still shows up, you may have to take it to the next level, but try that first.
