V86 to V87 Problems

I kept trying to patch but it stops on applying maplestory.exe Can somebody please help.

i had this happen to me, restart your computer, then redownload the manual patch then install it, dont touch anything while its going on. It should work fine then. I noticed with me, I tried to load the game before I did the patch, the game tried launching but nothing happened but I think maple stayed active, so the game couldnt patch all the way

now my thing stops on character

What i did was i went to my computer, then i went to game launcher, then i right-clicked on it, and clicked "run as administrator", clicked allow, and pressed start game, and then it patched it, and now it works fine, but i play on a desktop, and my brother plays on a laptop and it didn't work for him, so... it might not work for you if you play on a laptop.
