HOW DO I LAUNCH v.87?

i normally use the Game Launcher to launch via a desktop shortcut, and now i cannot do that it is continuing to tell me that there is a program error. so then i tried to go to the website and login then click start game....same error, so do i re-install MS in order to fix the problems i am having or is there a way to actually fix this crap the nexeon screwed up... btw i was able to launch the game fine after i patched when the patcher launched to patch, and once finished it says "play" i click that i was going fine until i was d/c'd and i would like to know how to launch the game now or if i should re install

Gahh...It took me a while to patch it but I did but now I can't launch the GAME!

this patch is honestly the worst thing nexeon has done by far...the completely blocked 90% of the people who play from playing.... and they took 13hours to "fix" it.... i want to work at nexeon b/c it seems like they DO NOTHING ALL DAY LONG

i patched it normally (without the manal patcher) and the gamelauncher still works like before i went on

i got on but now i cannot launch the game via the website in Google' Chrome, and then i am not able to use the Game Launcher

The answer is , unfortunately, due to nexon's unmatched stupidity and inability to reason, you must re-download the game, which takes several hours. If the downloader doesn't work, try using the manual download link or one of the mirrors.

HEY HEY HEY, everyone that can't launch maplestory through google Chrome, just use Internet Explorer and it will work fine. Also, to those that get their manual patchers to load to [3/3] Creating: base.wz, all you have to do is re-download the manual patch from the site because you have the v86 patch and not the v87.

actually the probleme is that, they hire incompetent employees who barely spend time on fixing issues, much less having proper knowledge to do so... Nexon america is fail period, they dont even make the actual game content, as they rip 99% off the Korean version.

[/quote] The browser isn't the problem. I've always been using Chrome and have never had any problems. Also, are you guys downloading the right manual patch? After the update was over, they hadn't switched the manual patch download from v86 to v87 so you had to copy the link address, paste it in a new tab, and change v86 to v87 to download the right patch.

Go to site, click start game, log in ur iD PW, then click, then click start game, patch downloads..then when done, go back to site and load
